Hide AWN without compositing

When AWN is being ran and there is no compositing running, AWN should have alternate settings to give it minimal usage, or hide the bar entirely. Additionally, a popup or message could be displayed informing the user of the need for a compositor.

We'll display a popup message informing the user that AWN requires compositor in 0.2 series.
As for actually using AWN without compositing - there is an existing spec for that, which is targeted for the 0.4 milestone.
