Supply default icon before using fallback icons

We should be able to specify a default application icon when one is not found. This should be done before using fallbacks (NET_WM_ICON, KWM_ICON, etc.)

I believe this is an excellent proposal. It would appear that on my system, AWN defaults to using a very low resolution icon (it appears to be /usr/share/
