AWN could show animated Icons on the bar

AWN could support animated icons on the bar, and associate actions to the animated icon.
For example, if we hover the mouse on the Firefox icon, instead of make the bounce, ou 3D highligth animation, the icon could "bring to life" by being animated, like the globe spinning, ou the fox surrounding the globe. the OpenOffice.org icon could make the birds fly... etc...
This would give AWN to another level...

This is an interesting idea...however, it would have to be implemented as plugins or you'd have to get the apps to provide said animations...otherwise Awn would get quite bloated with app-specific animations. Ideally, this sort of thing would be available in maybe the (app) icon theme spec, using either SVG animation or APNG. Then we would conform to that particular spec. (malept, 20080404)
