need a volume applet in awn

Could it be possible to have a awn plugin that provides:
- mouse-scroll volume control on mouse over
- display gnome volume applet when clicking on it (or any volume manager depending on DE)

This plugin could use the original title text (the one that appears to display the title of a launcher/task) that shows the volume this way:
[||........]
[||||||....]
[||||||||||]
