Remove switcher applet

switcher applet has been superseded by shinyswitcher. Once shinyswitcher gets a couple of some fixes (among them are bar height changes, workspace layout changes, and window manager changes), the switcher applet should be removed to avoid redundant applets and reduce amount of code that needs to be maintained.
