Replace Stack applet with new (python) version

I rewrote the Stack applet, but now in python.
I put things in it I learned from the previous version(s).
It has roughly the same looks, but better (programmably) designed, resulting in a clearer, more stable and faster operation.
It contains a nice configuration gui, like the weather applet.

The current "curved stacks" dialog is in need of a re-write. The use of gtk.Fixed() causes some issues with icon sizes greater than 56. I've attempted to use gtk.VBox, which seems to be working fine, I just need help with positioning.
