Characters like singing Oscar the Grouch in Trash

Add a feature to the Trash applet or a new Trash applet, so that when things get thrown away and the trash gets emptied, you can have little animations with sound. This similar to an old Mac hack that had a singing Oscar the Grouch residing in the trashcan.

Don't limit it to just Oscar, make it be able to do all sorts of things. Maybe start with a simple animation like the trash tipping over and dumping its contents. Make it fun. :-)
