Fullscreen support for Media-player applet

Currently Media-player applet can't switch videos it plays to fullscreen mode. This blueprint targets changing this.
First step needed is subclassing AwnAppletDialog, so that the toplevel window can be resized and drawn without the window border decorations when it's switched to fullscreen mode.
