AWN Weather Applet

AWN needs a weather applet, similar to the GNOME panel's, but prettier. It should display the current conditions (incl. temperature) on the dock, and clicking it should show the current weather forecast. The geographical location should obviously be configurable, and the temperature may be expressed either in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
