I think it would be useful to create a style guide for applets where certain behaviours are defined. Required, Option, Suggested categories or similar.

26/12/2007 Please review the guidelines posted on the wiki. They seem to have settled and may be at the point where official adoption should occur.
24/11/2007: Need to decide final specifications or/and requirements for applets. When we are agree, need to apply this to all applets in trunk :)
