Pulseaudio allows you to set volume per stream how ever there is no UI for this.. being able to volume up and down using the mouse wheel while hovering over the application icon would kick ass ;)
Finally a clean way to turn down the music while using VOIP

This would probably work best as an Awn plugin, if it's at all possible. (It would be silly to make Awn depend on PulseAudio.) --malept (20090201)
