Make the server translatable and do the translations

We have enabled translations for the server, but haven't done any yet. We'll have to review all error messages and translate them.
Also ideally, be able to use launchpad's translations facilities to ease translations by anyone who wishes to do them.

Launchpad offers online community translation with Rosetta. However, only PO files are supported. Since AuthPuppy currently uses Xliff files, it wouldn't be possible to benefit from this tool.
Either we decide on using PO files, or setup or own translation page on a separate webserver (waiting for Xliff to be added to Launchpad) :
