Port the wifidog's web service to AuthPuppy

Wifidog recently implemented a web service to return information on nodes, authenticate a user, etc.
This web service should be able to work with the same interface in AuthPuppy, but since the nodes part and authentication is a bit different, that would have to be updated.

This plugin must implement the same web service as wifidog for a start (see the wifidog code /ws folder)
And have the possibility to add other stuff afterwards. Since the front end will be a third party software (wordpress, drupal), many info will need to come from that API
