Generic statistics plugins that can be an interface to any statistics report

Administrator must be able to produce different types of statistics, so we would need a generic plugin that would provide a user interface to generate any of the available statistics report.

This plugin would come with some reports, but it should also facilitate (and document) how developers can add their own reports to the system through other plugins.
