Define additional fields for nodes

We should be able to add custom fields to node, fields specific to the organization running the network, like some information on how the node installation was made
These fields are only informative, no logic would be associated to them.
The fields should be defined as either numeric, text, choice, etc, thus contain all necessary information to build the widget on the node form.
