An automatic fonction banishing a mac address that generate more than x (variable) falses mail address. (someone jumping from 20 min to 20 min all day long on the ZAP next door).
The deny to the user would be show by a web page or whatever possible message on his screen, with informations to contact the organization (mail, phone, etc) to regulate the situation of that device.
Meaning that a banish mac address can be withdraw from a list by someone in charge.
