Share thumbnailing support with other apps

We probably can't split thumbnailing functions out of Audience because it needs advanced features like thumbnailing a specific chapter or time, so the only way to avoid duplication of effort is to expose Audience's thumbnailing functionality to other apps.

Tumbler is probably the fittest way of exposing thumbnailing functions; at least that's what elementary uses.
