Create instances in different compute node

For now we can create several instances by 'pool_size' parameter, if we schedule every instance into different compute nodes, it's good for application-ha.
For this purpose, we can create one server-group with 'anti-affinity' policy for one router/loadbalancer service, and then pass this server-group to nova client to create several instances, then these instances will be created in different compute nodes.
