Properly update GStreamer discoverer.py for upstream

Currently we use a hacked up discoverer.py branched off from upstream over a year ago. It was hacked to support dvd:// and v4l:// or v4l2:// sources. This should be done in a smarter fashion and probably use uridecodebin so that upstream will accept the changes and we can remove the custom discoverer here.
