More fluid voxel rotation

It was unnoticed , but voxels seem to have facing limitations. Despite not being SHP anim.
I noticed this on 640x480 resolution.I said that because when turning game on fast (30 FPS), Still noticing STEP when vxl TURN. I'm pretty sure we can't input this on FPS.I want to know that are you tough on this?
