UnitDelivery Ownership

Right now UnitDelivery can only deliver units which are owned by the invoker. While it makes no sense to deliver enemy-owned units, or at least I don't see a purpose for it, I would like to request the possibility to deliver neutral-owned technotypes. Why's that? For example, the Zephyr Beacon is a structure that you can target with your artillery units to fire at any range. However, you need to use force-fire to attack it which isn't too intuitive for many players. If it was owned by civilian house, you would get a normal attack cursor on it with no problem.
