Enemy Unit Panic Voices Heard by Player

In Tiberian Sun & RA2, units can have voices/sounds, that are triggered when they take enough damage. In TS, both your units and enemy units panic voices can be heard. In Red Alert 2, the player can only hear his own unit's panic voices, and not enemy units. Can Ares make it so that both your own units and enemy units panic sounds can be heard?
