Unhardcore Organic and Mechanical warheads

In original games Organic warhead only can be used by infantry for infantry and Mechanical warhead by vehicles for vehicles.

For example, you can not force the weapons with Mechanical WH to repair infantry with vehicles armors (or with a new armor using the new Ares armor system) and similar problem with Organic WH against vehicles.

Would be nice if it could be managed directly with Verses= and Versus.xxxxxxxx= tags who can be healed/repaired and without check the unit owner of those warheads if is infantry or vehicle.

Infantry and vehicles can heal all types, depending on Verses. It's now possible to cross-type repair infantry and vehicles. It's not supported on aircraft and buildings, though. Aircraft on the Helipad/airport cannot be repaired; this mimics the original behavior.

Ares supports the GuardArea action, which makes units follow and protect a specific unit, as well as overriding heal by pressing the Force Move keys, which allows to enter damaged transporters.
