Use Toggle Power Instead of Repair Buttom

With NPatch, modders can use "NoRepairButToggle"tag to replace the Repair Buttom with Toggle Power Buttom. With this function, this buttom won't be useless when auto repair is actvated. I think it would be useful, if Ares has a tag like that.
