Toggle power button in the bottom UI bar

This is another of UI improvements I'd like to suggest for the eventual future development. It's great that Toggle Power is working now. However, we can either use it via hotkeys or a.. superweapon.

While I understand that modification of the right sidebar is probably problematic, there's still bottom bar which I think could handle "Toggle Power" button (and probably other functions if provided in the future). Also, yes - I realize that most of long-time YR players simply use hotkeys for everything but Toggle Power button could be another way of reminding people that "Hey! There's Toggle Power function and you haven't noticed it yet! Good, now that you've acknowledged my existence you can go to keyboard settings and set hotkeys for me!". I mean, most players don't read manuals, do they.
