Tiberium/Ore generators CAN cast light

Very simple feature . The classic colored light tint used in light emitters doesn't appear to work on [TIBTREEXX].
Enable this will ease map creation ,instead of adding an invisble light next to them.

You can place an invisible light emitter structure on the TIBTREEXX. Units won't be able to move there anyway, so it's perfectly safe to do it that way. - mevitar.
