yet, another one;

is it possible to implement seperate tiberiums, with each of kind would require specific refinery, and also bring back the vein logic in the game (weeder=yes logic for chemicals and WeedCapacity logic)?

Closing this as a double-duplicate; while re-enable-tiberium-effects doesn't explicitly contain the request for weeds, it has a duplicate (see related bugs) which does.
