A cell of blue tib explosion can do moderate amounts of damage (~200), so I'm thinking a different value for the damage is being used.

Probably this tag was causing the chain reaction problem I mentioned to AlexB time ago because the custom map I did with 99% covered by gems it blew all the gems (I got few seconds of massive lag :-D ) when I changed the C4Warhead=Super tag with the TiberiumWH mentioned above.
