Suppress Death Weapon

Adds a way to prevent triggering the Death Weapon of specific units, opposed to all units.

[Warhead]DeathWeapon.Suppress= (list of TechnoTypes)
When this warhead causes the death of a unit from this list, its death weapon will not fire.
