Shorthand Cursor Notation

Allow defining cursors using a single tag instead of the usual six.

So, instead of MouseTag.Interval=... MouseTag.xxx= .... allow this notation:
MouseTag=Frame,Count,Interval,MiniFrame,MiniCount,HotSpot

Hotspot itself being two values separated by comma. (left|center|right),(top|middle|bottom)
