StarCraft's Plasma Shields (AttachEffect) and some AE bonuses

I'd like to use something like Protoss plasma shields from great StarCraft game.
I think AttachEffect fits good for that.

So, the tags are:
AttachEffect.Shield=(boolean) ;Whether or not the Plasma Shield logic is enabled
AttachEffect.ShieldStrength=(integer) ;Strength of Plasma Shield (just like HealthPoints). Remember that if ShieldStrength reduces to 0 then the Shield continues regen till AE ends.
AttachEffect.ShieldRegen=(integer) ;How many strength the Shield get back in 1 second
AttachEffect.ShieldEMPDisabling=(boolean) ;Whether or not the Shield can be shut down by EMP weapons
AttachEffect.ShieldEMPDamage=(integer) ;How much Shield strength reduces in 1 second by EMP weapons
AttachEffect.ShieldDamageReduce=(float/integer) ;How less damage by another weapons (in percents/damage points) the Shield gets

And the AE bonuses:
AttachEffect.RangeMultiplier=(float) ;The multiplier for range
AttachEffect.ExperienceMultiplier=(float) ;The multiplier for experience unit is getting while AE is working ;)
AttachEffect.StrengthMultiplier=(float) ;Not armor but HP too
AttachEffect.Damage=(integer) ;How much damage unit takes by AE
AttachEffect.DamageFrames=(integer) ;After how many frames the unit will take damage again
