Selective Psychic Radar Logic

Add new flags for determining whether a unit is immune to being predicted/preempted by psychic radar, and a flag for whether a psychic radar structure ignores the special flag.

This logic can be used to make a Radio Interception Station that can pick up units using radios for example, and maintain the original psychic radar.

This logic will allow more flexibility with the already preexisting logic of the Yuri Radar, and allow for structures that cannot detect certain units.

Tanya in this example is immune to Psychic Sensor logic, but the Psychic Sensor has the flag PsychicDetection.Ignore set to yes/true, meaning that the Psychic Sensor will still pick up Tanya's movement, regardless of her immunity.

However Tanya cannot be picked up by the Communications Center (CATECH01)m as it fully obeys the Psychic Sensor Logic, and does not ignore immunity.

It would also be amazing if superweapons could apply PsychicDetection.Immune to units for a duration, via attacheffect.
