Powered Factories
Unlike all other functions on buildings factories are not effected by the Powered= tag & remain operational during instances of low power. I ask that the ability to disable a factory during low power be added to the Powered= tag or possibly a new tag such as Powered.Factory=yes etc be added to achieve the same effect.
Alternately It is already possible to achieve the same effect as requested by using;
[GAWEAP]
PoweredBy=GAWEAP
However the building graphics become bugged & will not go beyond the first frame of the buildup. If this bug was fixed it could be used instead of Powered, but I feel that this unusual usage of PoweredBy is less intuitive then the Powered tag.

Whiteboard
Further experimentation has show that the graphical bug when using PoweredBy=GAWEAP can be fixed by adding GAPILE, or any other other building that is a prerequisite & requires power.
Even though the requested effect is currently possible I think that using PoweredBy as a workaround isn't the best idea.
