Ability to attach an "Deathbomb" to an enemy and remotely activate it.

Registered by Dasfonia

NOTE: I'm not quite sure if this would be applied to the weapon's [Warhead], or to the [Weapon] itself.

This feature would allow the player to double-click or "deploy" Ivan's (or any other infantry's) Deathbombs that he has placed on the enemies. This is basically remote detonation for bombs using the tag, [Weapon or Warhead]►CanDetonateDeathBomb=yes (defaults to no).

Modders would need to be able to customize cursor frames for the detonation cursor, like here: http://ares-developers.github.io/Ares-docs/new/superweapons.html#cursors.

Also a limitation tag would be nice, but not really necessary, [Weapon or Warhead]►DeathBombLimit= (default 0, meaning limitless), on how many bombs can be placed per unit that exists in the map with that specific weapon that has the CanDetonateDeathBomb=yes tag applied to its [Weapon] or [Warhead].

You can see the logic working here in the Red Alert 2 beta stages: http://youtu.be/i_M7VAB0jc8?t=1m21s

Whiteboard

Implemented as Ivan Death Bombs:
[Weapon]IvanBomb.DeathBomb= (boolean, defaults to no)
Whether this bomb will not detonate on enemy objects after a countdown, but remain active either until the unit dies and go off then, or the owner manually detonates it, if allowed.

[Weapon]IvanBomb.DeathBombOnAllies= (boolean, defaults to no)
Whether this bomb will be a death bomb instead of a timed bomb when planted on allied objects.
