Other RA1 Spy Powers

You have been added showing what enemy is building/training. But there are still some more from RA1 that we can't do on RA2/YR.

SpyEffect.ShowPower= Shows enemy Power/Drain Level on Infiltrated Power Plant when Selected
SpyEffect.ShowMoney= Shows enemy Credits on Infiltrated Refinery when Selected
SpyEffect.ShowSilo= That's how one above works on RA1 PS Edition. Shows storage level of infiltrated structure.
SpyEffect.AllowSW= In RA1 if you infiltrate enemy SubPen you get Sonar Pulse.
SpyEffect.ShowUnitCounts= I'm not sure was there another information you can see enemy unit/building/infantry count when you infiltrate enemy radar dome. As we don't have radar modes on RA2 it should be displayed on Infiltrated Building when selected.
