Old style c&c 1 SAM logic

Reimplementation of the deploy/undeploy logic used in C&C 1 's SAM Turret. If IsPopup=yes (def=no), then,you must specify PopupImage= in artmd.ini ,the animation being listed in [Animations] . Optionaly, two anims for both popup/popin can be added(PopinImage=).If one anim is used ,the Image is played forward /backward for popup/popin. Also , the InitialAim=[0-3] (def=0) line ,make the turret aiming NE,SE,SW or NW following its value. During the popin sequence, It MUST return to its InitialAim .Ofcourse, the turret can't engage during animation.
This should only apply to [BuildingTypes].
