Could you please include a function to display an alternate graphic to display for units or buildings without ammo? Or maybe even transform the unit or building in question into another type when out of ammo, and transform it again when reloaded?
If you do the latter, please make it so that a unit or building can be produced with for example: Ammo=1 and InitialAmmo=0, so that it is produced in its NoAmmoClass state, then switches back to its parent class when having reloaded. I'm not entirely sure however wether the parent class should kick in if there's any ammo reloaded or only if the ammo has been reloaded to max.
