Customizable Veteran/Elite Selection. RankAs

With the implementation of the Promote.EliteType=, Insignia.Rookie=, and GroupAs= creating several veterancy ranks for units finally exists. However, the issue with this feature is that when using the "select by veterancy" hotkey (Y) this feature falls apart. I suggest an easy fix which is the RankAs=

RankAs= Would function similarly to GroupAs but just for the Veterancy hotkey

RankAs.Rookie=true ;Is categorized as the unranked selection of the Y hotkey
RankAs.Veteran=true ;Is categorized as the veteran selection
RankAs.Elite=true ;Is categorized as the elite selection

RankAs=YOUR_VALUE_HERE ;Custom value to make this specific unit not abide to any of the rank selections, but instead act as it's own, once again similar to GroupAs.
