***Make the BARREL indendently rotate from the TURRET(like in TS)***
It's Very simple fonctionality(from TS engine) that need to be reactivated.I think there is a fair chance for this to work because since the Ra2/YR engine is based on the TS one ,there is surely a way to make it back online.
The main idea is to let the user decide wether they activate this implementation GLOBALY or LOCALY .
Recommended parameter:
-enabled by default
optionaly ,let the user decide to apply the parameter to all [voxeltypes]* that means GLOBALY.

-Then, it can be switched on/off through the linecode LOCALY for a certain voxel:

Very IMPORTANT, the LOCAL parameter is used to override the GLOBAL parameter/default enabled value.
And the GLOBAL parameter is used to override the default value.
Dependancy:
default value LOWEST PRIORITY / GLOBAL parameter MEDIUM PRIORITY /LOCAL parameter HIGHEST PRIORITY

At least to make this fonctionnality usable ,the user need:
-default enabled value
-the LOCAL paramater IN CASE the code is broken ,that misplace the barrel over the turret for example.
OTHERWISE,if the" barrel-system " work properly ,the default enabled value will be LARGELY ENOUGH

SOME basic logic knowlegde should drive the system through the game engine.
