More garrison frames in the SHP

What if the buildings can have more then one garrison frame? Like one frame for each occupying unit value; example: a frame for 1-5 units in the building, another for 6-10 units.

It could be enabled with a flag that control the values (to avoid errors with 1-frame buildings):
[building]
Occupy1= 3,1,2,3,4,5
Occupy2= 4,6,7,8,9,10

With the first number=number of the frame and the other ones=number of the occupying units.
Or maybe more like this, with separate flags:
[building]
OccupyFrame1= 3
OccupyUnits1= 1,2,3,4,5
OccupyFrame2= 4
OccupyUnits2= 6,7,8,9,10

or even 1,5 and 6,10 for min-max values.
