Fire both weapons simultaneously

Integrate the ability for some tanks with a secondary to be able to fire both of their weapons at the same time.
Example:
[APOC]
MultiFire=true ;Allows it to utilize it's anti-air weapon while also firing it's cannon
Obviously, this option could cause problems with some tanks but I doubt anyone will use this unwisely
