Map lighting's settings for red, blue and green don't affect objects on map. What does however, is red, blue and green changes via 'Tint xxx' triggers (142, 143, 144). However, using this for improving the consistency of lighting on map has two downsides: first, you can see the lighting shift even if you use Elapsed time: 0 event and second, the lighting change is carried over to the next map you play (additionally, it's not kept for objects, only for terrain). Third map doesn't seem to be affected by Tint changes.
Solution: a tag, for a map perhaps, LightingAffectO
Suggested bugfix: effects of Tint triggers should not be carried over to other maps.
