Support for multiple languages
How about making a language selection box?

LanguageSelecti
[Languages]
Language.Count=int ;language count excluding the default language
LangDefault.
LangX.Mix=mix file name excluding extension ;mix file to be used when this language is selected. It's like an expand but used only when the language is selected
LangX.Name=csf string ;language name.

P.S. When the game changes the language, a window should appear which proposes to restart or continue playing without any changes done to the game.

I think it's not necessarily because you already specified mix file.

But you don't want your language names be langmd.mix, langru.mix, langfr.mix, etc., do you?
