Expanding IronCurtain Targeting Feature

Requesting new addition for SW.AITargetingType=IronCurtain , because: "As tested, another GenericWarhead SuperWeapon with SW.AITargetingMode=IronCurtain instead of the regular Iron Curtain is used by the AI on the same team meant for the original Iron Curtain." - 4StarGeneral
