Hold Cameo

I think it would be useful to be able to block cameo for the unit. It should look like (BuildLimit=1 + already have one copy of the unit). I'm going to use it instead of TechLevel=11 yards on the maps on which there is no water. Thus will be smaller on the side of the disorder.You can add special meaning to BuildLimit or create a new tag, say "HoldCameo".
