Eva tag needed for spy infiltrating buildings

In original YR, EVA announcement for spy behavior is hard-coded. It'll be really nice if two tags are added to change it:
[BuildingTypes]→Tag A : The EVA event that will be triggered when player's this building is infiltrated by enemy's spy.
[BuildingTypes]→Tag B : The EVA event that will be triggered when enemy's this building is infiltrated by player's spy.
