Graphical stuff to make soldiers partially visible in trenches

This issue has very low priority and is not currently being worked on.
Once trenches are working, it would be optimal if we implemented a mechanism to have only the upper parts of infantry SHPs showing when they're in trenches, potentially only when firing and moving.
