Select vxl colors to glow

To set a glowing color, just write this line code:

[ART]
GlowingVxlColors=[0,2,4 etc..... 0-255];a set of numbers pointing to pal order

 option 2
[ART]
GlowingVxlColors=list.txt;a list containing pal address number

 option 3
[ART]
GlowingVxlColor_000=[yes/no]
GlowingVxlColor_001=[yes/no]
GlowingVxlColor_003=[yes/no]
..........................................................
GlowingVxlColor_255=[yes/no]
GlowingVxlColor_[0-255]=[yes/no];should this vxl color be glowing? def to no(except for green glow to yes)

Don't forget to override that glowing green color [default value to yes->can be set to no]

To devs : Maybe we can do all this with voxel vpl? Unsure.
