Some Explanation
I think Fire,EMP cannon,Chemichal Missile,Hunter Seeker its use same code/fuction in NPPATCH
This explanation:
This is some bug i found in NPPATCh (i use CNC MASHUP mods)
Will Fire + Emp Cannon+Multi missile SW's are ready in same time
i launch one of them ..its lauch randomly from 3 Sw's device ^_^
and its include with EMP cannon with limited range :3
For all that ,,, i conclude That 3 sw's is same fuction exept Hunter seeker (for EMP Cannon is added Limited range Fuction )
but hunter seeker its use more different Code :3 because ... hunter Seeker is launch/spawn a Unit (plane) not a weapon
and that is auto aimed target and unlimited range of fire
and Henter seeker is just update code from YR code Hunter Seeker SW's (i think)

The four super weapons aren't the same. They're completely distinct and have no common code (though I don't know how NPatch's Fire SW is implemented, maybe it reuses EMP). This sounds more like the code that fires the actual super weapon has a flaw which causes the bug.
This should have been a Question, not a Blueprint. I marked it as obsolete. --AlexB
