Deploy to toggle power for structures

I would like to see structures able to toggle power by deploying or otherwise clicking on them. Maybe the actual toggle power cursor rather then a deploy cursor? Doesn't matter. Mainly I would like to see this for laser fences, but it would be useful for other applications as well.
My request has been stated. I now bow to the authority and will of those who hold the power to accomplish it.
